What Is the Purpose and Function of the Transaction Password in DCT?

Posted on 2025-06-25 Updated on 2025-06-26

When you register for a DCT Back Office account, your Transaction Password is automatically set to match your login password. This feature serves as an additional layer of security to help protect your account, especially during sensitive operations. Although you can update it anytime from the Profile Management section, it’s crucial to keep this password secure and different from your login credentials for added protection.

Currently, the Transaction Password is required only for one specific action:

  • Submitting an Income Withdrawal Request

Each time you request a withdrawal of your earned income, you’ll need to enter your Transaction Password to authorize the transaction. This step ensures that only you, the account holder, can approve such financial movements.

By using a Transaction Password, DCT reinforces account security and helps prevent unauthorized withdrawals or tampering with your financial data.
